At the start of a New Year and a new business, I am excited to share A Short Walk In Your Shoes interview series. I haven't blogged in over a year, and I know I am well overdue for an introduction with you. So let’s take a short walk, and you can get to know me a little bit better. I am an interior designer, interior stylist, and writer, who has been creating inspirational spaces for over ten years. I have had my work featured in Elle Decor, HGTV, LONNY Magazine, and AphroChic. But that’s just the professional side of me; let’s get a little bit personal.
I am a mother, wife, sister, and friend. Anyone who knows me well, knows a good Angela story. I attract weird and funny situations on a daily basis. I am obsessed with prefab homes, and I swear one day, I will live in the flyest prefab home you have ever seen. Also, my greatest design shame is that I do not own a bar cart. I think its a combination of budget and indecisiveness that has held me back from buying one.
I live and breathe interior design. This is the type of job I would do even if I didn’t get paid (but I might starve), so I gotta hustle.
